Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Delilah South. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached.
  • Returns will only be accepted after inspection of the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Shipping

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product listing (e.g., made to order or custom items).

We offer worldwide shipping to ensure that everyone can enjoy our products. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. You can view the estimated shipping costs and delivery times during checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Rentals

At Delilah South, we provide a variety of rental items to enhance your events. Here are our rental policies:

Rental Details:

  • Price: Includes setup and teardown.
  • Delivery and Setup: We will deliver and set up the inflatable by 10 AM on the day of your event.
  • Pickup: We will pick up the inflatable between 6 AM and 11 AM the following day.
  • Setup Time: Approximately 30 minutes
  • Teardown Time: Approximately 30 minutes
  • Supervision Required: Adult supervision required at all times
  • Delivery Area: We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Athens, GA. We will consider delivering outside of that radius for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss delivery options.

Note: A refundable security deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.

Waiver Information: Upon booking any of our rentals, you will receive a waiver to sign. This waiver outlines important safety protocols and rental terms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The signed waiver must be returned before the delivery date. Please review the waiver carefully and contact us with any questions.
