Our Party Canopy Tent offers a large and elegant space for hosting parties, wedding receptions, family reunions, or any outdoor event. With its durable construction and versatile design, this tent ensures your event is sheltered and stylish.

- 65-70 seated at round tables (5 ft)
- 80-100 seated at trestle tables
- 135 standing

Spacious Space: Provides ample room for various setups, including tables and chairs.

Quality All-Season Trap: 180g thickened water-resistant PE cover blocks up to 90% UV sun rays, with roll-up or down curtains for seasonal weather adjustments.

Stable Structure: Poles with a diameter of 1.5" (38mm) and joints with a diameter of 1.65" (42mm). Heavy-duty, rust and corrosion-resistant white powder-coated steel framework.

Detachable Design: All sidewalls are removable, allowing for an open sunshade during summer or full enclosure for cooler weather. Features front and back zippered doors and transparent windows.

Rental Price:

Rental: $599

Price includes setup and teardown.

Rental Details:
Delivery and Setup: We will deliver and set up the tent by 10 AM on the day of your event.
Pickup: We will pick up the tent between 6 AM and 11 AM the following day.
Setup Time: Approximately 1 hour
Teardown Time: Approximately 1 hour
Suitable for: Various outdoor events

How to Book:

3. We will contact you to confirm your booking and arrange delivery.

Delivery Area: We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Athens, GA. We will consider delivering outside of that radius for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss delivery options. Please add your delivery address to the "Order special instructions" box when checking out

Note: A refundable security deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking.

Waiver Information:
Upon booking any of our rentals, you will receive a waiver to sign. This waiver outlines important safety protocols and rental terms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The signed waiver must be returned before the delivery date. Please review the waiver carefully and contact us with any questions.
